Research On Evaluation Of K Company’s Collection Suppliers On The Basis Of Factor Analysis

China has experienced rapid growth in terms of economy for more than40 years,and the financial market has developed greatly.Traditional finance is integrated with emerging finance.With the rapid growth of financial business,non-performing assets are increasing day by day,which will bring the development of collection.Financial companies cannot meet the needs of business growth in terms of management ability and the size of collection personnel.In order to control costs and reduce non-performing asset ratio,it is a general trend for such companies to outsource collection business.Against this background,the collection service industry experienced a blowout growth.Due to the rapid development,there is uneven scale,operation and management capabilities of each company and the complex categories.Therefore,in order to achieve the corporate goal,it is necessary for financial companies to select and evaluate appropriate collection suppliers,which has become a crucial direction for the development of financial companies.This paper takes K Company as the research subject to scientifically evaluate its collection suppliers.On the basis of literature review,this paper analyzes supplier evaluation with the factor analysis.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of K Company’s supplier evaluation,and clarifies the necessity of scientific evaluation of suppliers.This paper selected the supplier evaluation indicators in the collection industry,and established a supplier evaluation model with factor analysis.Then,this paper evaluated the existing 44 suppliers of K Company,obtained the scores,and ranked and classified the suppliers therefrom.Finally,this paper put forward the optimization measures of K Company’s supplier evaluation,suggestions for improving supplier management,and safeguards for supplier evaluation.There are two innovations in this paper: first,perspective innovation.This research conforms to the national emphasis on financial risk prevention and control ability,which can reduce the compensatory balance of online loan institutions;The second is method innovation.This paper uses factor analysis to evaluate suppliers,which is relatively rare for such research.Through this study,it is helpful to provide a theoretical basis for K Company to improve the supplier management level,and offer a reference for supplier evaluation and management in the collection industry.
