| As a source and foundation of traditional Chinese medicine industry,herbal medicine cultivation has an important influence on it.Green agriculture is the way to go for Chinese medicine agriculture,but the unreasonable farming methods have been hampered it for a long time.To ensure the health and sustainable development of China’s TCM industry,it is necessary to vigorously implement the concept of green development and adopt the green and ecological farming practice,improving the quality and safety of traditional Chinese medicine from the very source.This study takes the green production behavior of farmers as starting points,uses the theory of planned behavior as the grounded theory,and constructs a research model based on behavioral attitude,subjective norm,perceptual behavior control,social responsibility consciousness,and green production behavior.Taking the herbal growers in Sanjihe town of Arong Banner as the research object,the structural equation model was used to analyze the influencing factors of adoption of green production behavior by herbal growers,with an aim to provide theoretical basis and realistic reference for realizing the green production behavior through this study.In this study,230 questionnaires were obtained by field visits and research in Sanjihe Town of Arong Banner,and through the classify and analysis of collected questionnaires,the use of SPSS AMOS 23.0,the descriptive statistical analysis of collected questionnaires,the reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire data,wake-up tests,the following conclusions were made:Sanchahe town is blessed with suitable natural conditions.It has begun to take shape in terms of planting area of Chinese herbal medicine,evolving from monoculture to diversified polyculture farming,and local growers make consider profit by and are enthusiasm for planting herbs.The local herbal cultivation industry what this town is now built on,has gradually moved toward formalization,standardization,standardization and green development.The verification of model showed that the social responsibility consciousness has a significant effect on behavioral attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavioral control,with influence coefficients of 0.616,0.55 and 0.264,respectively,which plays a positive role on them.Among them,the influence of social responsibility consciousness on farmers’ behavioral attitudes toward engaging in green production was the most significant,followed by subjective norms and perceptual behavioral control.Subjective norms,perceived behavioral attitudes,and behavioral control all have significant positive effects on green production behavior of herbal farmers with coefficients of 0.255,0.208,and 0.201,respectively.Among them,subjective norms had the most significant effect on the green production behavior.Social responsibility consciousness,by means of behavioral attitudes,subjective norms,and perceptual behavior control,have positive effects on green production behavior.The effect values of the social responsibility consciousness in three forms are0.128,0.14,and 0.053 respectively,and the mediating effects are significant.Among them,the most significant effect on green production behavior is subjective norms.Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the green production behavior of herbal growers,this thersis proposes to promote the construction of regional industries,enhance the social responsibility of farmers,optimize traditional training methods,and form a long-term supervision mechanism. |
