Investigation And Research On Green Production Behavior Of Pharmaceutical Farmers In Lintao County,Gansu Province

Gansu Province has been known as the ’ Millennium Medicine Township ’ since ancient times,and the Chinese herbal medicine industry has been identified as one of the six pillar industries in Gansu Province.Lintao County,Gansu Province is located in the middle of Gansu Province.The climatic conditions and soil conditions suitable for the growth of Chinese medicinal materials have created the high quality of Codonopsis,Angelica and other medicinal materials produced in the region.As a large agricultural county in Dingxi City,Gansu Province,Lintao County has a long history and superior planting conditions for the cultivation of Chinese herbal medicines.The cultivation of Chinese herbal medicines has an important impact on the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and the increase of farmers ’ income in Lintao County.Since the new era,with the enhancement of national health awareness and the increasing attention received by the Chinese medicine industry,the requirements for the yield and quality of Chinese herbal medicines have been further improved,and the planting scale of Chinese herbal medicines in Lintao County has been continuously expanded.However,while farmers are pursuing the yield of Chinese medicinal materials,many problems in the planting and storage of Chinese medicinal materials are also highlighted.In 2021,the state officially implemented the new edition of the ’Pharmacopoeia of the People ’s Republic of China ’,and the new’Pharmacopoeia ’ upgraded the quality requirements of Chinese medicinal materials.Farmers are at the forefront of the industrial chain of Chinese herbal medicines.The green production behavior of Chinese herbal medicines is of great significance to the quality improvement of Chinese herbal medicines in Lintao County.Based on the definition of the concept of green production behavior,this thesis is guided by the theory of farmers ’ behavior,green development theory and externality theory.Taking Kangjiaji Township and Yaodian Town,the typical areas of Chinese medicinal materials in Lintao County,as the research sites,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview are adopted to investigate and analyze farmers ’ pesticide application behavior,agricultural waste recycling behavior and Chinese medicinal materials storage behavior.The ordered Logit model is used to analyze and explore the influencing factors of farmers ’ green production behavior.Combined with the actual situation,this thesis analyzes the problems existing in the green production of Chinese medicinal materials in Lintao County,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows :(1)The proportion of pesticide farmers ’ green production behavior is not high.In the process of green production of Chinese medicinal materials,a small number of farmers have the following problems : pesticide application is not standardized,storage process treatment is not in place,and agricultural waste recycling participation rate is insufficient.(2)In view of the problems existing in the green production behavior of Chinese medicinal materials,combined with the local natural,economic and social conditions,this thesis puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of agricultural socialized service,infrastructure construction,large-scale operation,cooperative interest connection mechanism,whole-process traceability system of Chinese medicinal materials,layout of residual film replacement points,and government training of Chinese medicinal materials.
