Study On Safe Production Behavior And Its Influencing Factors Of Vegetable Farmers

Agricultural products experience production,processing,transportation,sales and other links,the quality and safety of agricultural products may occur at various links,but the production link is the source of hidden dangers in the quality and safety of agricultural products.It is also a key link in controlling the quality and safety of agricultural products.Decentralization and small farmers are an important feature of China's agricultural production.However,the decentralized and small-scale farmers' production methods make the implementation of quality safety supervision,inspection,and penalties in the production process costly,difficult to supervise and administer,and the effect of regulation is not obvious.In 2017,the planting area of real estate vegetables in Harbin reached2.5 million mu,with a total output of more than 6 million tons.The planting area of facilities vegetables has grown to 293,000 mu,with a total output of 1.47 million tons,and half of the total output of vegetables has reached the standard of green organic vegetables.the above.Although Harbin has achieved certain results in the cultivation of vegetables,the vegetable safety problem is still very prominent.In 2017,the Harbin Agricultural Committee's failure rate of 3,988 samples vegetables in Harbin was 8.2%,the average rate of pesticide residues in vegetables was 7%.The general ideas of this paper are as follows: First,the overall framework of this study is drafted,and the background of the research problem,the basis for the topic selection,the main content of the research,the purpose and significance of the research are elaborated,and the research dynamics in related fields are combed.Secondly,based on the actual survey data,a descriptive analysis of the production conditions of vegetable farmers in Harbin was conducted to understand the farmers' cognitive level,market conditions,and government regulations.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of farmers ' safety production behavior,determines the selection of variables and the applicable models,and analyzes the influence of individual and family characteristics,planting characteristics,cognitive level,market conditions and government regulation on the safety production behavior of farmer farmers.Finally,based on the analysis of the results of the model,starting with the significant factors affecting the safety production behavior of farmers,the policy recommendations for adjusting the production behavior of farmers and ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products are proposed.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: Farmers make production decisions under internal cognition and external environmentconstraints,and their production behavior has an impact on the quality and safety of agricultural products.It mainly includes family characteristics,planting characteristics,market characteristics,cognition level,and government regulations of rural households,Based on the analysis of the model results,the basic characteristics of age,education,planting area,age,planting income proportion,cognitive level is aware of pesticide stop drug period,whether the safety certification of agricultural products,safety concerns about vegetables,the state of the Understanding of drug prohibition,whether or not to believe that the vegetable certification is meaningful,Ideal pollution-free vegetables and ordinary vegetables price difference,market conditions in the sales channels,the actual pollution-free vegetables and ordinary vegetables price difference,market detection,market penalties,government regulation has participated in the relevant departments of training and learning,whether there is support for pollution-free vegetable production related policy subsidies,Whether there are safe vegetable certification and other factors have a significant impact on the safety production behavior of farmers.because the production behavior of rural households is affected by the current cognitive level.Therefore,according to the empirical results of the significant factors affecting the safety of peasant households,the awareness of farmers to improve awareness,strengthen training and technical guidance,promote the promotion of safety certification of agricultural products cultivation and strengthen market supervision,testing,strengthen the government of vegetable quality and safety supervision,Perfecting the relevant laws and regulations and the standard system of safe agricultural products can adjust the production behavior of peasant households and guide them to safety production.
