Green production is the inevitable trend of our agricultural production transformation and supply-side reform, and it is of great significance to the long-term sustainable development of agricultural and rural areas.Due to the lack of enthusiasm of individual farmers in green production,it is necessary to organize farmers into the green production benefit connection system. In the interest connection of green production, the core goal is to establish an interest connection community of “co-creation of interests and shared risks”.However, due to the particularity of green production, the rationality of farmers, and the“free-riding” phenomenon in cooperation,it is easy to cause the dilemma of farmers participating in green production risk sharing. There is a problem that they are only willing to share the benefits of green production cooperation but not willing to bear the responsibility for green production risks.Based on this question, this paper builds a theoretical framework for farmers to participate in green production risk sharing based on the theory of farmer behavior decision-making,focusing on the impact of farmers’ internal perception and environmental uncertainty perception on their willingness to participate in green production risk sharing.By clarifying the influencing factors,it proposes countermeasures to increase the willingness of farmers to share risks in green production and build a risk-sharing and benefit-linking system.Based on the research of the interest connection model of green production cooperatives, this paper first analyzes the interest connection relationship in the green production cooperative, and emphasizes that on the basis of co-creating green production benefits,we should pay more attention to the sharing of green production risks.Secondly, based on the information asymmetry in green production cooperation,it analyzes the uncertainty of farmers’ behavior and the resulting green production quality and safety risks, and clarifies the risk factors in the link of green production benefits. And theoretically analyzes the plight of farmers participating in green production risk sharing, and puts forward the key problem to be solved in this study, that is,how to resolve the plight and increase farmers’ willingness to participate in green production risk sharing.Empirical analysis is carried out on the basis of theoretical research combined with field research.Based on the survey and statistical analysis of participating farmers in Jiangsu Green Production Cooperatives, this article analyzes the willingness of farmers to participate in green production risk sharing, the internal perception of green production risk sharing, and the perception of environmental uncertainty, and further summarizes the current problems in risk sharing in the benefit connection of green production. The results show that farmers’ willingness to participate in green production risk sharing is weak, which also verifies the theoretical analysis of the previous article.Although farmers have a strong perception of the benefits of participating in green production risk sharing, there are also problems of lack of awareness of green production risks and insufficient capacity of green production risk sharing, and they also have a strong perception of the degree of uncertainty in the environment.Based on this status quo, combined with the theory of farmer behavior decision-making,this paper uses the ordered logistic regression method to perform regression analysis on the factors that affect farmers’ willingness to participate in green production risk sharing, and conducts a differential analysis of the impact of different farmer characteristics. The results show that in terms of internal perception, green production risk sharing benefit perception, green production risk correlation perception, and green production risk sharing ability positively affect farmers’ willingness to share green production risk;in terms of perception of environmental uncertainty, the uncertain perceptions of market environment for high-quality and high-price and uncertain perceptions of organizational justice negatively affect farmers’ willingness to share risks in green production;in addition, among the characteristics of farmers, the level of education and scale of operations of farmers will also have a positive impact.Based on the results of this research, policy recommendations are put forward: focus on demonstration and leadership, enhance cognitive ability;combine supervision and incentives, and strengthen positive perception;use platform-based empowerment to alleviate interference from uncertainty;improve the risk sharing system and enhance the level of risk protection.
