| Material management is one of the important tasks in the production and operation activities of an enterprise.In a broad sense,material management covers the entire process from material suppliers to warehouse management.Company G is an order-based processing and manufacturing enterprise.In order to ensure the delivery of orders to the maximum extent under the premise of keeping material storage as low as possible,it is necessary to improve the material management of Company G.Based on the analysis of the purchasing management status of G Company’s material management activities,this paper points out that G company’s material management problems are mainly manifested as unstable supply of suppliers,unreasonable material procurement planning and inventory control methods to be optimized.Analysis of G company’s material management problems mainly lies in the lack of material supplier management supervision mechanism,backward material procurement mode,simple control of inventory materials.In view of this,after clarifying G company’s material management improvement objectives and principles,firstly,supplier selection,supplier assessment,supplier dynamic management and classification management are proposed to improve supplier management;After the procurement management process,procurement data terminal,procurement batch optimization;Finally,the improved ABC classification method is used to classify the stock materials of G company scientifically,and calculate the safe stock of all kinds of materials,and adopt different inventory control methods for different materials.Company G has achieved preliminary results by implementing the above improvement plan.First,optimize the procurement process to make the procurement plan of Company G more in line with the characteristics of order-based processing enterprises,and improve the efficiency of procurement;second,the quality of suppliers’ materials has improved;third,the proportion of material inventory has decreased significantly.At the same time,this paper provides an important guarantee for the effective implementation of G company’s material management improvement plan from four aspects: organization,technology,system and human resources.The results of this research have important theoretical significance and practical value for the improvement of material management of company G.It can provide new ideas for the improvement of inventory material management of other order-based processing and manufacturing enterprises,and realize the full use of funds for Chinese manufacturing enterprises,so that they have more High competitive advantage provides a theoretical basis. |
