With the slow growth of global economic,Chinese industrial structure has entered a period of transformation and upgrading.ST Company is facing great pressure of competition due to our main business is supply chain service.As the fierce competition of external environment,enhancing the effectiveness of enterprise internal operation is particularly important.As the core part of the supply chain,procurement is the key to control the cost of business operations,and effective procurement management can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This thesis focuses on the ST company procurement management problems and improvement measures.Through the analysis of ST Company's procurement situation,on the premise of enterprise competition strategy,this thesis conducts a comprehensive study and analysis of ST Company's procurement management problems based on the theory of procurement strategy and supplier management Then systematic optimization scheme is proposed to achieve the purpose of improving the purchasing management level.First of all,good service and quality is ST Company's strategic target,and delivery on time is our purpose.But the purchasing strategy of stocked for inventory causes high inventory cost.Therefore,an improved of purchasing strategy will help enhancing on time delivery and reducing inventory pressure at the same time.Secondly,quick response to customer is strong competitive factors of our company.Strengthening the efficient operation of the business process is the key to keep us competitive.Optimized the procurement process and procurement plan management is helpful to strengthen the cooperation among departments,and improve procurement efficiency.Thirdly,as ST Company's supplier performance evaluation is imperfect,proposed the optimization strategy of supplier selection and supplier performance evaluation is proposed.Improve procurement strategy;the procurement management process and supplier management strategy is optimized and optimization design is put forward from the beginning of supply china,supply management,and material management.Finally,through the implementation of the optimization and improvement programs to assess the impact of the above programs,the level of procurement management can be systematically enhanced and the corporate strategy can be supported more effectively.
