Research On Optimization Of Material Management Of Power Distribution Network In X Company

Power grid enterprises are capital-intensive industries,in each project,the proportion of the cost of materials is the largest one.The power distribution network as a part of the power grid which materials have some characteristic differ from power transmission network,like widely varieties,a widely range of value,and uses widely.Most of the domestic power distribution enterprises extensive operation in the materials management,it may increase the logistics costs and the occupancy of funds.So,in order to achieve the goal of reducing the cost and improving the efficiency,how to effectively manage the material of power distribution network enterprise has a great significance in the future sustainable development.This thesis combines with the theory of material management and the characteristics of grid material to discuss in detail for material procurement and inventory in X enterprise.Using ABC classification method,supplier management,analytic hierarchy process theory to optimize the existing procurement management and improvement were proposed to design different procurement process according to the characteristics of different material categories,good at the supplier management and so on.Base on the inventory management,analysis of the position of the layout,material inbound and outbound,inventory and other activities in the existing problems to propose optimization.From inventory control perspective,use of quantitative methods for the material to set safety stock,reorder point and order quantity,in order to be able to reduce the contradiction between supply and demand,improve inventory efficiency.In this thesis,combine of theoretical and empirical,qualitative and quantitative methods are used,according to the particularity of electric power industry,analyze the material classification,purchasing management,inventory management process control,inventory control and other issues.With a view to help distribution network enterprises to achieve cost control,reduce operating costs,improve operating efficiency.
