Research On The Model Of Enterprise Wealth Integration Under The Financial Sharing Platform

With the great changes of the external market conditions,the financial integration based on the financial sharing platform becomes the inevitable choice of the financial transformation strategy of large group enterprises.The establishment of a unified financial sharing center will make the financial business process scattered in various business units be of standardization and reconstruction,which can improve the efficiency and make financial section provides better services for business management of large group enterprises.In this paper,the author analyzes the implemented process of combing the financial sector integration from the establishment and operation of financial sharing center of The Second Harbor Engineering Company and summarizes the strategic path of financial sector integration.It was found through case studies that the establishment and operation of financial sharing center can promote the financial sector integration to achieve the effect in the following aspects:building the heterogeneous database system;combing business processes;seamless integration and standardization information standard implementation of corporate finance and business system,and finally realizing the sharing of budget,the cost of capital,and business information.On this basis,this paper summarizes the strategic path of financial sector integration based on the financial sharing center,which includes the integration of financial accounting resources through the sharing platform,the management system of nested standardized to financial sharing platform,the financial sector collaborative process reengineering and establishment of efficient operation control mode.The research findings of this paper can provide reference for the transformation of the financial model of the similar enterprise groups,and look forward to the future development of the financial integration.
