Research On Coupling Coordination Development Between Furniture Manufacturing Industry And Producer Services

At present,China is gradually becoming the global furniture industry manufacturing center as well as forming many characteristics furniture industry cluster,but China is now only a big furniture manufacturing,has not yet become a furniture manufacturing power,it mainly because Chinese furniture manufacturing industry lacks of innovation capacity,therefore,it is the urgent problem to improve the innovation capacity of furniture manufacturing industry as well as promote the transformation and upgrading of furniture manufacturing industry.The transformation and upgrading of the furniture manufacturing industry is inseparable from the support of the producer services.Based on the relevant literatures and related theories of furniture manufacturing industry and producer services,this paper uses the coupling coordination degree model in physics to analyze the coupling coordination development between furniture manufacturing and five sub-sectors of producer services.The producer services include transportation,warehousing and postal services;information transmission,software and information technology services;finance service;leasing and business services;scientific research and technical services.First of all,it analyzes the status of furniture manufacturing industry and producer services as well as the status of relationship between furniture manufacturing industry and producer servicers.Secondly,it builds the evaluation index system of development level of furniture manufacturing industry and producer services from industrial scale,industrial structure,industrial efficiency and industrial potential.The weights of index are determined by entropy weight method.Thirdly,this paper evaluates the development level of furniture manufacturing and five sub-sectors of producer services in 29 provinces or cities in China.In order to make the developmemt degree of every province or city more clear,it does the cluster analysis,and through the corresponding analysis to investigate whether there is a collaborative development relationship between the furniture manufacturing industry and five sub-sectors of producer services.Finally,the coupling coordination degree of the furniture manufacturing industry and five sub-sectors of producer services in 29 provinces and cities were measured based on the calculation result of industries development level.What's more,the grey relational analysis method is used to investigate the relationship between the comprehensive development level of furniture manufacturing industry and the coupling coordination degrees of “furniture manufacturing industry-producer services”.Through the cluster analysis,29 provinces or cities were divided into four categories according to the development level furniture manufacturing industry or producer services.The results of the corresponding analysis show that the furniture manufacturing industry only with the transportation,warehousing and postal services,information transmission,software and information technology services show a collaborative development relationship.The results show that the coupling coordination degrees between the furniture manufacturing industry and the five sub-sectors of the producer servicesare relatively low,not only the differences stay among industries,but also the differences stay among regions.Overall,Furniture manufacturing industry only with the transportation,warehousing and postal services,the financial services achieve a reluctantly coordinated state,but in the early.Furniture manufacturing industry with the information transmission,software and information technology services;leasing and business services;scientific research and technical services are in the state of the brink of imbalance.Among them,the furniture manufacturing industry has the highest coupling coordination degree with the transportation,warehousing and postal services,and has the lowest coupling coordination degree with the scientific research and technical services.Among the provinces or cities,Guangdong furniture manufacturing industry and 5 sub-sectors of producer services of the coupling coordination are the highest.Based on the above analysis conclusion,in order to improve the coupling coordination degree of furniture manufacturing industry and producer services as well asaccelerate the process of transformation and upgrading offurniture manufacturing industry,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the interaction mechanism,the government level and the regional level.
