Nanjing LES Information Technology Co.,Ltd.("LES Information")is one of the high-tech key enterprises under the control of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation.Air traffic management system business is one of the main business of the company,rich product categories,basically meet the requirements of the whole process from aircraft taking off to landing.However,in the large system of air traffic management,the domestic management system is still monopolized by Thales and so on,and the market competition is very fierce in the small and medium scale automation system and so on.In addition,the company has not paid enough attention to the long-term planning.At present,it also faces some difficulties,such as the lack of mechanism for the transformation of results.Therefore,it is the key to ensure that the company can better cope with the competition and gain the advantage.LES information air traffic management system business as research object,based on the elaboration and analysis of the related theory of enterprise strategy theory and competitive strategy theory,this paper studies the company'sair traffic management system business internal environment with the Internal Environmental Factors Evaluation Matrix,using the PEST analysis model to research and analyze the macro-environment,using the Porter five forces analysis model and the external environment factor evaluation matrix to research and analyze the industrial competitive environment and competitiveness structure,and using the SWOT analysis method,Boston The Matrix Analysis Method Research and Analysis on the Competitiveness of the Company.Through these research and analysis,with the help of QSPM matrix analysis,It is suggested that differentiated competition strategy should be adopted to ensure LES information air traffic management system business.First,the difference of product technology,the company should take the technology as the core,gradually expand to the field of airport information system,and form the overall solution of the air traffic management system.Secondly,service differentiation,in the course of the company's operation,customers are the core and continue to extend the service content.Finally,marketing differentiation is the integration of marketing and brand promotion.The paper also puts forward the measures for the implementation of the competition strategy,mainly through improving the R & D system,introducing and cultivating talents,improving service qualityoptimizing,the fine plastic enterprise brand,strengthening the incentive mechanism and improving the salary performance assessment to ensure the implementation of the air traffic management system business competition strategy.It also looks forward to future research direction.
