Research On The Development Strategy Of Bright Dairy Company

Food safety has always attracted much attention.The "Sanlu melamine" incident has had a significant impact on China’s dairy industry.Driven by China’s economic development,people’s income is increasing,new changes are taking place in their lifestyle,and the requirements for the quality of life are becoming higher and higher,which will be a new challenge to dairy enterprises.In China’s dairy industry,Guangming dairy has gradually established its market position after years of development,but the market competition is fierce.How to grasp external opportunities,deal with challenges,give full play to its own potential,win market competition and realize company’s stable and rapid development has become a practical problem.This paper systematically analyzes the internal environment and external conditions of Guangming dairy,summarizes the internal advantages and disadvantages of Guangming dairy and its external development opportunities and threats,obtains four main strategies and methods of Guangming dairy development strategy by using SWOT matrix analysis,and makes a choice of enterprise development strategy by using QSPM quantitative strategic planning matrix.Finally,according to the development strategic planning of Guangming dairy,Opinions and relevant safeguard measures are given for the development strategy and implementation of the enterprise.
