Analysis Of Influencing Factors On The Success Of Project Bidding And Research On Bidding Strategy

The project has the characteristics of huge investment,long construction period,many units participating in the construction,complex construction technology,difficult construction,arduous task of project management,huge amount of project information processing,and far-reaching social impact of project construction effect.According to the characteristics of the project,this paper analyses the factors affecting the success of bidding and the most important factors determining whether the project can win the bid.Firstly,this paper elaborates the theoretical knowledge involved in this paper from the theory of project bidding.Secondly,it identifies the influencing factors of project bidding success from four aspects: bidding method,bidding risk,bidding quotation and bidding decision-making.It establishes the hierarchical structure of influencing factors of project bidding success,and uses the chromatography analysis method to analyze and conclude the indicators.The weights of each index are obtained from expert scoring results,and the successful bidding countermeasures are put forward according to the weights.According to the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through the analysis of relevant literature,four primary evaluation indicators,namely evaluation method,bidding risk,bidding quotation and bidding decision-making,are preliminarily summarized,and a total of 15 intermediate and secondary evaluation indicators are selected as the evaluation index system of the project.(2)The influencing factors of project bidding evaluation methods are determined as the lowest bidding quotation,comprehensive evaluation method and other evaluation methods;the influencing factors of bidding risk are environment,technology,bidding unit and bidding unit;the influencing factors of bidding quotation are technical difficulty,capital circulation,competitors and subcontractors;and the influencing factors of bidding decision are bidding unit factor and environment factor.;(3)According to the analysis,the weight of each index is obtained,and the weight of each index is ranked.From the weight results,it can be seen that the influencing factors of project bidding are bidding risk,bidding quotation,bidding decision-making and bidding method in turn.(4)Successful Countermeasures of project bidding are put forward from four aspects: bidding quotation,bidding decision-making,bidding risk and bidding method.The conclusions of this paper play a supplementary role to the relevant theoretical knowledge in the field of project bidding,and have certain guidance and reference significance for risk response and consideration of various factors in the process of project bidding,especially for the air separation project bidding.
