Company AB Research To The Influential Factors Of Service Innovation

As the process of economic globalization continues to accelerate,the focus of enterprise service innovation is also increasing,especially the rapid development of information and communication technology(ICT),which has brought widespread impact to service-oriented enterprises.As an important part of the service industry,the IT industry plays a very active role in promoting and supporting the national economy,absorbing employment,transforming traditional industries,and promoting service upgrades.Therefore,this article discusses the company AB's service innovation,which can not only enhance the company's own competitive advantage in the market and improve the enterprise's operating efficiency,but also contribute to the development of the national economy and the employment of laborers.This article first reviews the development process of company AB's service innovation,combined with the current assessment of the impact factors of China's IT enterprise service innovation,analyzes the problems and development direction of company AB's service innovation,and then on the basis of a brief description of the theory of enterprise service innovation,Collect data,determine weights,identify problems,determine the influencing factor indicators of Company AB's service innovation,and then build an influencing factor indicator system.Secondly,taking company AB as a research case,by analyzing various reference data inside and outside the enterprise,the evaluation method of influencing factors of enterprise service innovation is determined,the weight of enterprise data is analyzed,and the enterprise service innovation system is applied to company AB to conduct an empirical study.Analyze the problems that arise in the construction of service innovation influencing factors system and propose a solution strategy to improve the service innovation capability of Company AB from the theoretical and operational levels.This paper studies the influencing factors of company AB's service innovation as a research case,through the research on its service innovation development status and existing service innovation's influencing factor indicators,aiming at the problems existing in company AB,put forward the theme of constructing service innovation influencing factor system,Combined with the actual situation of Company AB and related research on service innovation influencing factors,AHP and fuzzy evaluation method were used to construct a service innovation influencing factor system to conduct empirical research,fully analyze its problems and put forward corresponding optimization opinions to provide service innovation for Company AB Provide smooth work.
