Evaluation On The Development Level Of The Whole Industrial Chain Of Jinxiang Garlic And Study On The Influencing Factors

China’s economic development is transforming from high-speed development to highquality development,and high-quality development requires a meaningful,efficient,and environmentally friendly development path.High quality agricultural development is the basic support for the new stage of development.Only by continuously improving the quality and efficiency of agricultural development can we lay a solid foundation for achieving agricultural modernization and the entire modernization.Jinxiang County is a famous township of garlic in China,with a history of planting garlic for over 2000 years.In order to further promote the high-quality development of the entire industrial chain of Jinxiang garlic,this article takes Jinxiang garlic as the research object,formulates a reasonable evaluation index system for the development level of the entire industrial chain of Jinxiang garlic,scientifically evaluates the development level,and analyzes the influencing factors of the development level of the entire industrial chain of Jinxiang garlic,which is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of the entire industrial chain of Jinxiang garlic.Firstly,based on the practical background of the development of Jinxiang garlic industry,this article sorts out the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and uses literature analysis and field survey methods to conduct a field survey of Jinxiang County,based on the theory of industrial value chain,industrial integration theory,and sustainable development theory,to summarize the development status and main problems of the entire industrial chain of Jinxiang garlic.Currently,garlic planting area is greatly affected by price and climate conditions,but the overall planting trend is stable;Due to the impact of cultivated land area,the total area of garlic cultivation is difficult to expand,but the overall development trend is improving;The garlic processing industry in Jinxiang is mostly concentrated in primary processing,while deep processing is lacking;The garlic sales model has changed from a traditional offline transaction to an "online+offline" model,and the market scale has continuously expanded.The main existing problems include resource and environmental issues,shortage of agricultural labor,lack of implementation of standard systems,weak deep processing capabilities,insufficient brand effectiveness,and insufficient driving capacity of leading enterprises and lack of macro coordination mechanisms.Secondly,based on the domestic and foreign literature on the development evaluation of the agricultural industry chain,combined with the actual development status of the garlic industry in Jinxiang,from the five dimensions of breeding and planting,storage and processing,sales and circulation,resource endowment,and agricultural linkage,the evaluation indicators for the development level of the entire agricultural industry chain in Jinxiang were collated and summarized,and the final evaluation indicator system was determined using the principal component analysis method.Using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the development level of the entire industrial chain of Jinxiang garlic was evaluated,with a comprehensive score of 74.828,and the evaluation result was average.Finally,the main factors affecting the development of the entire garlic industry chain in Jinxiang were identified through current situation analysis and comprehensive evaluation analysis.The development level of the entire garlic industry chain in Jinxiang is mainly affected by poor land transfer,insufficient rural labor force,low environmental awareness of farmers,lagging development of the tertiary industry,lack of professional talents,the need to improve technology and innovation investment,and insufficient brand core competitiveness.Based on the above practical analysis and empirical research results,using system analysis and literature induction methods,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the development level of the entire garlic industry chain in Jinxiang from aspects of improving farmers’ environmental awareness,resolving labor shortages,increasing infrastructure construction,improving brand building awareness,and strengthening policy support.
