Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Digital Transformation Of DH Manufacturing Enterprise

In the era of the digital economy,the new-generation digital technology is developing rapidly,and the integration of the big data,cloud computing,Internet of things and other technologies with the traditional industries is becoming more and more extensive.Digital technology has become the core element of market competition.To adapt to this trend,the digital transformation and upgrading of enterprises is inevitable.As an important force of China’s economic development,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have the characteristics of large number,small scale,low technical level and poor informationalization foundation.Therefore,these enterprises often encounter more difficulties in the process of digital transformation.Taking this as the starting point,this dissertation selects DH enterprise,a typical small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise as the research object,and uses literature research method,questionnaire method and case study method combined with theory and practice to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the problems faced by the digital transformation of the enterprise in the current environment.Firstly,this dissertation summarized the existing research literature on the digital transformation of enterprises,and looked for the research direction;Secondly,this dissertation analyze the current market environment and the digital transformation process and current situation of DH manufacturing enterprises,and then collect and sort out the digital application and transformation problems of the target enterprises by means of questionnaire survey: waste of resources caused by system replacement,high system operation and maintenance costs,low collaboration efficiency among enterprises and overstock of product inventory.Finally,by analyzing the root causes of the problems,this dissertation puts forward practical countermeasures from the aspects of digital transformation strategy and path,organization and talents,platform development and operation mode transformation.The digital transformation of enterprises is not an fast-track project and needs long-term planning and stepwise progress.This dissertation set the ultimate goal of enterprise digital transformation as the realization of "ecological" operation,from the aspects of strategy,organization and operation mode,follow the transformation and development path from "internal communication" to "external connection",from enterprise to industry and then to ecosystem,hoping to provide some ideas and directions for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises that are preparing or have begun digital transformation.
