At present,the state encourages the vigorous development of digital economy,supports the development of digital platform economy,helps enterprises to develop sustainably,improves their normal management ability and promotes them to complete digital transformation.Small and medium-sized retail enterprises occupy an important position in the national economy,not only playing a fundamental role in realizing social consumption needs,but also being able to provide a large number of employment opportunities for society.In recent years,Chinese retail enterprises have been making attempts at digital transformation.However,traditional retail enterprises,especially small and medium-sized retail enterprises,have many problems in the process of digital transformation,such as inadequate understanding of digitalization and lack of matching capabilities and resources for digital transformation,which lead them to face the problems of "not wanting to turn","not being able to turn" and "not being able to turn"." "will not turn" dilemma.In the face of the continuous development of digital economy,how can small and medium-sized retail enterprises seize the opportunity of digital transformation,understand the level of their own digital transformation capabilities and the lack of their own capabilities,so as to promote their smooth digital transformation,break the "triple appearance" that restricts the difficulty of digital transformation of small and medium-sized retail industry,and further help small and medium-sized retail enterprises to sustainable development.In this paper,we focus on developing an indicator model to assess the digital transformation capability of small and medium-sized retail enterprises and measuring its application in specific enterprises.First,through a literature review,we define the definition of digital transformation and analyze the key elements of digital transformation capabilities.Second,by combing the literature and expert opinions,we study and develop the digital transformation capability indicator system for small and medium-sized retail enterprises,and assign weights to the indicators by calculating the triangular fuzzy number and its closeness.Among them,the weights of three primary indicators,namely,organizational change capability,technology innovation capability,and digital management capability,are 0.3483,0.3714,and 0.2803,respectively;the weights of nine secondary indicators,namely,organizational structure,digital leadership capability,digital talent building capability,infrastructure building capability,digital input capability,digital R&D capability,digital supply chain management,digital business process,and financial The weights of basic capabilities are 0.0919,0.1245,0.1246,0.1180,0.1218,0.1317,0.1013,0.0919,0.0871,respectively.finally,through the gray cluster analysis method based on the triangular whitening weight function of the center point,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to five department store-type retail enterprises in Guangxi area,and the analysis of each enterprise’s level of digital transformation ability,which makes the evaluation system have certain applicability.The evaluation results show that the five department store retail enterprises in Guangxi have certain digital transformation capability,but the digital transformation capability is at a medium level.The retail enterprises have not opened up the data chain of the whole process from R&D to operation,failed to build a business ecosystem of the supply chain from the supply side to the consumer side,and have common problems such as lack of digital talents,digital investment and data security awareness.Combining the research evaluation results,this paper provides some countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the digital transformation capability of small and medium-sized retail enterprises from the enterprise and government levels to facilitate their successful completion of the digital transformation stage,and presents the shortcomings and outlook of this paper’s research. |
