In recent years,the rapid development of fintech has broken the original information barriers of the financial industry,and emerging technologies such as AI and big data are subverting all aspects of traditional banking,and the era of digital economy has come.The gap between regional small and medium-sized banks and large commercial banks in terms of technology and business has been accelerated and amplified by fintech.Forcing small and medium-sized banks to face the challenge of digital transformation,based on the excellent typical experience of digital transformation of commercial banks,give full play to their own advantages,optimize the strategic layout,and seize the trend of digital transformation of the banking industry.This paper first makes a brief analysis of the research background,research significance and related concepts and theories of the digital transformation of commercial banks,and lays a theoretical foundation for the full text.Second select A bank as the research object,using the comparative analysis and quantitative analysis,the A agri-businesses bank in financial services,operations,risk control,data basis,organization,talent,etc,a whole analysis and comparison,found that the digital transformation level and the leading domestic Banks gap is bigger,and analyze the main reasons for the backward digital transformation.Finally,by analyzing the external environment of digital transformation and drawing on the excellent experience of domestic banks’ transformation,combined with the actual situation of A Agricultural Bank,based on the financial technology means,combined with the theory,the strategy and path are put forward to reconstruct the bank.Through the research,this paper believes that the digital transformation strategy of A Rural Commercial Bank should be optimized from six paths: transformation consensus,local market,financial service capability,open platform,data governance and talent team.First,gather the consensus on digital transformation,form an agile organization and cultural atmosphere,and seize the breakthrough point of strategy.Secondly,deeply cultivate the local market and expand digital scene,establish digital service station,digital community bank and characteristic data industry;form differentiated financial service capability,open up social ecological channels for customers,establish precise marketing model,produce digital products and services,deepen the risk management ability,form a whole;build open platform system,strengthen IT technical business cooperation and strengthen scene cooperation.Finally,with the data base as technical support,manpower provides intellectual guarantee.Because A rural commercial Bank has the common characteristics of local commercial banks,the conclusion of this paper has certain reference significance for the majority of local commercial banks.
