As the main force of economic development and vitality,China’s small and medium-sized enterprises show new characteristics and phenomena in the digital transformation due to the needs of development and management.Finance is the Department with the highest digital concentration in the company organization.Under the development trend of industry finance integration,it is of practical and profound significance to study the digital transformation of finance.Taking the problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of digital transformation as the research idea,this paper analyzes the key factors affecting the informatization to digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises by studying the characteristics of the development,operation status,financial management,digital level and management of small and medium-sized enterprises.From the perspective of financial management,this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties in the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises,studies the consequences and key solutions,and takes 3Q medical development group as an example.The digital transformation of enterprises is a comprehensive and systematic transformation,and the practical problems faced in the process of digital transformation are also diverse.The research goal of this paper is to select small and medium-sized enterprises,a relatively large and dynamic economic group,in order to find and analyze their common points on the main and key issues.This paper mainly studies the motivation,objectives,influencing factors and solutions of the financial digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises through the methods of event research,theoretical combing and case study.Through theoretical and case analysis,to do a good job in the digital transformation of financial management is to build organizational elements such as body,framework,data flow and brain,and do a good job in subverting the traditional information process.The results of different motives and behaviors in the transformation are different.Different organizations may mislead and bias the cognition of key decision-makers,and do a good job in communication and deviation correction.To consider the impact and impact of organizational structure and process reengineering on the original system,the necessary support and encouragement is the key to positive guidance.Avoid the impact of cost-benefit motivation on the implementation of transformation,and do a good job in the training and development of financial talents in the future.
