Research On The Influence Of Digital Economy On Economic High Quality Development

Across the Yangtze river economic belt east Midwest in China,the development of unique advantages make it become the highest density,in economic development potential is one of the largest area,with the digital China,big data strategy,the implementation of the "Internet + action",the rise of new forms such as platform,Shared economy makes the digital economy has penetrated in every aspect of national life,It has far-reaching influence on the progress of mankind and the development of economy and society.Therefore,this paper chooses the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research area to discuss how digital economy drives high-quality development of regional economy.Firstly,this paper reviews the development process of digital economy,summarizes the scientific connotation of digital economy and high-quality economic development on the basis of summarizing relevant research,and theoretically analyzes the specific path of digital economy affecting high-quality economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Second from digital infrastructure,digital industry development and pratt &whitney financial three aspects to build digital economy index system,the structure of the economic growth,efficiency,achievement,and the Angle of the economic running stability to build four dimensional index system,high quality and economic development measure of the Yangtze river economic belt each locally administratered level digital economy and high quality comprehensive index of development,The spatial distribution of the digital economy in the Yangtze River Economic Zone and the high-quality development of Hubei athletic competition are clearly and intuitively described.Finally,panel data of 108 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2019 are selected to empirically analyze the impact of digital economy on the high-quality economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and its specific path by using the fixed effect model,and the heterogeneity test is conducted.The results show that the development of digital economy can actively promote the regional economy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt to achieve high quality;At the regional level,digital economy plays an important role in promoting high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River economic belt,middle and lower reaches;The results of mechanism test verify the hypothesis that digital economy indirectly promotes the high-quality development of Yangtze River economy through three intermediary variables:industrial structure,science education and financial development.Therefore,we should make full use of the advantages of digital economy development,optimize the industrial structure,increase investment in science and education,and develop digital finance,while promoting the quality and efficiency of the overall economy,narrow the gap in regional economic strength,and improve the quality of economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
