| The Yangtze River Economic Belt,which spans east,west and central China,is a major strategic development area in China and has become one of the regions with the strongest comprehensive strength in China in recent years.The Yangtze River Economic Belt is in a critical period of transition from high-speed development to high-quality development,and the development of transportation plays a supporting and promoting role in high-quality development.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the impact of transportation efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt on regional high-quality development.This paper introduces the research methods of efficiency measurement,selects the super-efficiency DEA model to calculate the four modes of highway,waterway,railway and air transport and the comprehensive transport efficiency of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2019,and makes a comparative analysis of the cargo transport efficiency of the four modes.This paper constructs an evaluation model based on topsis and grey correlation to measure regional high-quality development index,establishes a spatial autoregressive model,and uses the panel entropy weight method to measure regional innovation,openness,green,coordination and sharing development index.The regional high-quality development index was taken as the explained variable,the comprehensive transportation efficiency as the main explanatory variable,and the five development indexes as other explanatory variables to explore the impact of the comprehensive transportation efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt on the regional high-quality development.Finally,the coupling coordination model is used to explore the coupling coordination degree between the transport efficiency of the four modes and the regional high-quality development index,and the results provide reference for the regional high-quality development of the Yangtze Economic Belt.The results show that: The transport efficiency of the four modes of transport in the Yangtze River Economic Belt fluctuated from 2010 to 2015,and showed a slow rising trend from 2015 to 2019.The development of the four modes of transport in various provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt was not balanced.The comprehensive transport efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt showed a u-shape from 2010 to 2019.The allocation and utilization of its comprehensive transportation resources need to be further improved.From 2010 to 2019,the high-quality development level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has been greatly improved.The high-quality development level is high in the east and low in the west.The innovative,green,coordinated and shared development level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has shown an increasing trend,while the openness development level has shown a slight downward trend.The high quality development index of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a significant spatial correlation,and presents a spatial distribution of high concentration,low concentration and low high concentration.The analysis of spatial autoregressive model shows that the high-quality development level of provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is not only affected by its own comprehensive transport development,but also by the comprehensive transport development of other areas in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,but the impact of its own comprehensive transport development is greater than that of its neighboring areas.The highway,railway,waterway and air transport efficiency and high quality development index in the Yangtze River Economic Belt show high coupling degree,and air transport has the highest coupling coordination degree with high quality development level.The coupling coordination degree of highway,railway,waterway and air transport efficiency and high-quality development index in the eastern part of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is generally higher than that in the central and western regions. |
