Research On The Impact Of Digital Economy Development On Urban Resilience In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

Urban operation system is complex,the construction of a modern city can effectively promote the improvement of the social security system,drive the economic and social development to a new level,at the same time,urban modernization will encounter various impacts.As aging is accompanied by negative population growth,climate change,the spread of epidemic diseases and economic backlash against globalization,we must constantly enhance our resistance and resilience to shocks and strengthen our ability to prevent and defuse risks.Therefore,in the face of the current dilemma,understanding and improving urban resilience has become the top priority of academic circles and even local governments to focus on the theme of regional development.In addition,the booming digital economy,which is deeply integrated with other industries,has become a new engine to advance the development of urban in all respects.The digital economy can boost the operation performance of the real economy,enhance the information interaction,and make important contributions to the stable operation of cities.However,whether the digital economy can have an impact on urban resilience needs further exploration and analysis.Moreover,there are few research results on the relationship between digital economy and urban resilience,so this study is challenging and innovative.This thesis explores the mechanism of digital economic development affecting urban resilience improvement from the perspectives of theoretical analysis and empirical test.In view of theoretical analysis,based on the relevant theories of resilient city and digital economy and so on,this thesis explores and analyzes the direct mechanism of digital economy affecting urban resilience.Based on industrial structure optimization theory,advanced industrial structure and industrial innovation ability are selected as the intermediate variables.Based on the relevant research results on the impact of digital economy on urban resilience,this thesis analyzes the mechanism path of the direct influence of digital economy on urban resilience.Then,combined with the characteristics of digital economy development,the thesis comprehensively analyzes the spatial transmission mechanism of digital economy development affecting urban resilience improvement.From the perspective of empirical test,this project chooses to study 107 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.A comprehensive index system is established in the urban development system,with 4 secondary indexes,such as economic development,social development,ecological environment and infrastructure.The entropy method is used to measure the urban resilience of prefecture-level cities from 2011 to 2020,while the digital economy is measured by factor analysis.Based on this empirical analysis,the comprehensive mechanism of digital economic development affecting the improvement of urban resilience was analyzed.The studies believe that the development of digital economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt plays an active effect in improving the resilience of cities within the region,especially in improving economic and social development,infrastructure and other subsystems resilience,but has a weak role in improving the resilience of ecological environment.Advanced industrial structure and industrial innovation ability play a great intermediary role in the process of improving the resilience level of cities driven by the development of digital economy.The development of urban digital economy has a significant spillover impact on the improvement of urban resilience of neighboring cities.On the basic of the above conclusions,relevant counterplans and proposals are put forward to strengthen the foundation of digital economy development,reinforcing the weak points of resilience factors,improving the organization of factors and improving innovation incentives.
