| Scientific and technological innovation is a new driving force to lead national development,a key force to change the world pattern and an important means to improve people’s well-being.At present, the world is undergoing a new round of scientific and technological revolution.Keeping pace with the times and strengthening the deployment of scientific and technological innovation are the general trend of historical development. In order to achieve high-quality development in China,we must implement the innovation driven development strategy. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have raised the construction of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta to a national strategic height, which indicates that the G60 science and innovation corridor has become an important strategic platform in the regional development strategy of the Yangtze River Delta, giving birth to new momentum and creating new opportunities for high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta. Therefore, this study calculates the innovation efficiency of the nine cities in G60 science and innovation corridor in the Yangtze River Delta, analyzes its spatial differences, and empirically analyzes the innovation spillover effect of G60 science and innovation corridor, which is of practical significance for the nine cities in G60 science and innovation corridor to narrow the gap of scientific and technological innovation level and collaborative innovation development. After consulting many literatures, this study combs the basic theories of innovation and innovation spillover, explores the connotation of innovation efficiency and the internal mechanism of innovation spillover effect, and lays a foundation for measuring innovation efficiency and studying innovation spillover effect. This study takes the nine cities of G60 science and innovation corridor in the Yangtze River Delta as the research subject. At first,it combs the regional overview of the nine cities of G60 science and innovation corridor.Next it uses the Malmquist index method to measure the innovation efficiency and analyze its spatial differences. Then it uses the spatial measurement method to empirically test the innovation spillover effect of the nine cities of G60 science and innovation corridor, and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The results show that: first ly,the innovation output of the nine cities in G60 science and innovation corridor presents the characteristics of unbalanced distribution in geographical space, and the human resources in the eastern part of the corridor are better than that in the central and western parts of the corridor, and the level of innovation ability is also that the coastal area in the eastern part of the corridor is better than that in the inland part of the corridor.Secondly, from a dynamic perspective,it is found that the overall comprehensive efficiency of G60 science and innovation corridor fluctuates and decreases, and the lack of technological progress is the main reason for the reduction of innovation efficiency of G60 science and innovation corridor. From the perspective of space, the innovation efficiency of the nine cities in G60 science and innovation corridor presents a "V" shaped unbalanced distribution.Thirdly, through the spatial autocorrelation test, from the perspective of geographical distance and economic distance weight matrix,it can be seen that there is spatial correlation between the output of innovation activities in the nine cities of G60 science and innovation corridor.Fourthly,it through the construction of spatial econometric model to verify the spillover effect of innovation output of nine cities in G60 science and innovation corridor.Among them, the scientific research human factors and innovation capital factors in the nine cities of G60 science and innovation corridor can effectively improve the level of regional innovation. In particular, the flow of scientific research human factors can not only improve the ability of independent innovation, but also drive the innovation activities in the surrounding geographical adjacent areas, which is conducive to promoting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. The level of foreign capital utilization has an obvious restrictive effect on regional innovation output, and the spillover effect on geographical or economic adjacent areas is not obvious, indicating that the level of foreign capital utilization may have a squeezing effect on regional innovation and development to a certain extent. Therefore,in order to adapt to the current social development pattern,we need to keep pace with the times, pay attention to scientific and technological empowerment, and promote the innovative development of the nine cities in the G60 science and innovation corridor in the Yangtze River Delta. In this regard,we should pay attention to the gap between the innovation level of eastern and western cities in the corridor, pay attention to the rational allocation of innovation resources, and improve the overall level of innovation efficiency; We should attach importance to the introduction, selection and training of innovative talents and improve the ability of independent innovation; We should strengthen the investment and management of innovation funds and create an excellent innovation environment; We should speed up the interregional flow of innovation elements, weaken the Matthew effect of innovation resources, and realize regional collaborative innovation and development; We should strengthen the linkage of various innovation subjects and realize the co construction and sharing of scientific and technological resources. |
