Yichun in 2014 to stop commercial logging,the development of this policy indicates that Yichun's economic transformation of forestry resource-based cities imminent.The forest tourism in Yichun is an important way for the economic transformation of Yichun's forestry resource-based cities.It can not only protect the forest resources,but also improve the local economic level.But now the forest tourism market competition is intense,and the development of forest tourism in Yichun city is relatively late,the development is not perfect,so the evaluation of forest tourism in Yichun city's comprehensive development level,improve effectively is a pressing matter of the moment.In this paper,under the guidance of system theory,quantitative analysis model by constructing the comprehensive evaluation of forest tourism development model in Yichun city and the evaluation of the level of development of forest tourism in Yichun city in the "12th Five-Year" period.As the system on the grounds of forest tourism development of forest tourism which results from synergistic effect of combining the principles of index system,from the forest tourism economic system,forest tourism service system,forest tourism resources system and social support system consists of 34 evaluation indexes are selected,combined with the hierarchical relationship of internal division index system of harmonious theory,construct a structured evaluation of multi-level model.Combining with the index weight determined by the entropy method,the overall level of forest tourism development in Yichun city by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation;evaluation of coordination degree using the systematic evaluation of the coordination degree between the model analysis method,and use the CORREL function to analyze the relationship between the system and the coordination degree,determine the main cause of the coordinated development;grey correlation analysis was carried out on 34 evaluation indexes and the national level to determine the optimal level,through the comparative analysis of the weakest link in the development of forest tourism in Yichun city.Evaluation results show that the development of Yichun forest tourism overall in the middle level;the higher the level of the development of forest tourism in Yichun City,but the comparison between the four systems,the development speed of travel services most slowly,and the economic system,resource system is the most rapidly developing,which is currently the development of forest tourism in Yichun city did not achieve the reason completely coordination;Grey relational analysis results the lowest index mainly from infrastructure construction,forest tourism investment,public transportation,publicity,the interests of the residents,this part of the index and the optimal level of national level was the largest,is the weak link in the development of forest tourism in Yichun city.Combined with the results obtained from the quantitative analysis of the model,the paper puts forward the measures to further enhance the level of tourism development in Yichun City,based on the actual situation of Yichun.This paper analysis method for the evaluation of the development level of forest tourism in Yichun City,the comprehensive use of a variety of quantitative analysis,the research ideas and research methods have important reference significance to scientific and comprehensive evaluation of forest tourism development.At the same time,the model of the evaluation results were analyzed with quantitative data to support the actual situation closely related to forest tourism development in Yichun City,to provide decision support to enhance the level of development of forest tourism in Yichun City,economic transformation to forestry resources in Yichun city.
