Research On The Construction Evaluation System Of Manufacturing Informatization

With the rapid development of international manufacture sector, our country has been from a big manufacturing country into a strong manufacturing one, and manufacturing informatization has been the must to the rapid development of our modern manufacturing enterprises. At present, the manucturing informatization in Western developed countries has been into higher developing age, but ours is only in initial age—only some large-middle scale companies have gained the achievements, but most small manufacturing companies have still not constructed their own informatization—so the informatization construction is still a permanent job. Furthermore, without the informatization evaluation system to weigh the degree and benefits of manufacturing informatization, the informatization benefits cannot be found after much fund was used in informatization construction, which will block the enthusiasm of the companies. So the steps of informatization construction and the informatization evaluation system are investigated in this text to solve the problems above, which includes two contents as followes:The measurement of the steps of informatization construction executed by company is given out. Manufacturing companies are served as practicer and beneficiary of the manufacturing informatization, which should associate with IT companies and agency service institution to enhance research work from beginning, including informatization diagnosing, informatization programming, informatization type choosing, informatization actualizing, informatization checking, informatization supervising and informatization training.Informatization evaluation has the characteristics of timelessness, indirectness and intercomplementarity. According to the characters of manufacture informatization, an evaluation theory based on actualizing benefit(Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation, CBE) is brought out, which gives a beneficial evaluation system adapting to manufacturing companies from evaluation organization, evaluation contents, evaluation models and evaluation report.Evaluation method is the core of CBE method. In the way to fix the index weights, a combinative weight-fixing method is provided after the advantages and disadvantages of the subjective and objective weights fixing method are analysised compositively. The subjective weights are gained from Analytical Hierchy Process method and the objective weights from Grey Relational Grade method. Then the final index weights are gained from the combinative weights fixing method based on the minimum error of optimizing project, which takes full advantages of the two methodes. Finally the informatization construction process is devided into some Grey Types, and the informatization benefits are calculated with Grey Clustering method based on Whiten Function.Evaluation index system is the base of CBE method. Evaluation indexes are devided into two large sorts, nine small sorts and thirty detailed indexes, which evaluate the informatization benefits from manufacturing informatization organization construction, basic establishment, informatization application, informatization human resource status, informatization safety application, informatization benefit, informatization suitness, informatization sensitivity and informatization satisfaction. The system basically includes all aspects of manufacturing informatization construction, such as the hardware, software, derect benefit and indirect benefit etc. And finally the calculation method of index is given up.A Computer Aided Evaluation System (CAEs) of Manufacturing Companies is brought out with the foregoing evaluation system. Then its system construction and function construction are analysed, and the system is realized with the programming language of ASP.NET and SQL Server database. The informatization constructions of three manufacturing companies in Hefei are chosen to be evaluated. With the contrast of the indexs' data from 2002 to 2006, the informatization construction process of company one in 2004 is in "Good" Grey Type, developing into "Excellent" Grey Type and its developing condition is very good, and the informatization constructions process of company two and three are in "Middle" and "Bad" Grey Type, which is consistent with the developing type determinated by Anhui Science and Technology Department, which proves that this method has good operation. Finally the evaluation result is analysised, so the advantages and disadvantages of the company one in informatization construction are found out and the improvement measures are presented.
