With the increase of the proportion of China’s elderly population,the national aging development trend is clear,the traditional way of family pension has changed,the pressure of social pension has increased significantly,people have obvious demand for professional pension institutions,and there are more and more requirements for pension services.The nurses of pension institutions directly provide service products to the elderly,and their professional ability and professional quality directly affect people’s evaluation of pension institutions,It is also a key factor affecting the development of the pension industry.In the context of aging society,the training carried out by pension institutions to improve employees’ professional quality and nursing ability is not only the future development trend,but also the inevitable requirement to adapt to the refinement and diversification of pension services in the pension industry.Research on staff training in elderly care institutions is of great significance to improve the overall level of elderly care nurses and improve the quality of elderly care services.Based on human capital theory,social identity theory and quality ability model theory,taking the employees and managers of Q company as the research object,this paper investigates and analyzes the elderly care ability training management of Q company through the methods of questionnaire and interview.It is found that the training of Q company is beginning to take shape,but there are some problems in training management,such as short training cycle,single form,unclear staff training management system,weak pertinence of training content and insufficient understanding of trainees.Aiming at the problem of training management,this study combs the job content of Q company,analyzes the employee training needs according to the company’s development strategy,defines the job ability improvement training content of Q company,establishes the on-the-job training assessment scheme of Q company based on the competency model,constructs the technical training quality assessment system,and strengthens the application of training assessment results,from the aspects of training management system,training quality assessment system,training employees’ professional identity In terms of the effectiveness of training content,it puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of training scheme,improves employees’ professional identity and strengthens the effectiveness of employees’ training content.Through the research on the competency model of nursing staff in elderly care institutions,this study aims to clarify the practical requirements of Q company to cultivate high-quality elderly care nurses,and lay the foundation for the training and management mode of professional nursing talents in elderly care institutions in China. |
