In the process of corporate development,human resources are crucial.Due to constraints such as company size and costs,human resources are limited and relatively scarce.Therefore,the optimization of human resources focuses on improving quality.Modern human resource management emphasizes the development of human resources,enhancing employee quality,skill levels,knowledge structures,and updating concepts.Employee training has become a central issue.Companies should pay attention to the input and output of training,carry out scientific and effective training management,and increase training value.However,many enterprises,especially traditional state-owned enterprises and emerging enterprises,have simplistic training practices,lacking targeting,purpose,and process control.Therefore,the optimization research of training system based on competency model should be carried out.Competency model is a set of qualities that an individual should possess in order to be competent for a certain job and achieve a certain performance goal.The competency model is combined with the enterprise strategy,which explains the important part of the quality of the employees to complete the task for the enterprise and the organization,and reflects the strategic objectives and development needs of the enterprise and the organization.Therefore,to establish a more scientific and effective training system,this study is based on the training system optimization strategy of L Company,starting with the improvement of employee quality,utilizing competency evaluation to plan,implement,and evaluate the training system.The main content includes:constructing a competency model;analyzing training needs;formulating training plans;designing training courses;implementing and evaluating training.Integrating the competency model into the optimization of the training system makes it more scientific and effective.Through literature review,interviews,and other methods,the existing human resource situation and issues of L Company are analyzed,and a competency model is established.The model is applied to the training system,formulating an optimization plan.Among them,it solves the lack of overall training strategy planning,incomplete training needs collection and analysis,training evaluation is a formality,solves the training needs analysis,training design,training implementation,training effect evaluation and other problems in the training implementation system,and finally forms an efficient training system based on competency model,which is oriented by enterprise strategy and focuses on improving work performance.The study found that the optimization plan has a certain significance for improving employee quality and corporate competitiveness.The optimization strategy of the training system aims to improve employee quality and corporate competitiveness,providing a certain reference value for modern enterprise human resource management.The optimization plan not only cultivates outstanding talents,enhances market competitiveness but also creates more value for enterprises,promoting human resource management work.
