With China's accession to the WTO, China's insurance industry development is rapid, insurance market accelerated the pace of opening-up, which makes the number of domestic insurance company is increasing rapidly, foreign-funded insurance company continuously into. To our country insurance is concerned, rapid enlargement of the insurance market displayed by the pressure of competition is not asset amount but talents. According to relevant data, according to the survey, the supply and demand of China's insurance talent than has been imbalances, professional talent shortage is the insurance industry development, especially the soft rib of a foreign-funded insurance company to enter the Chinese market, making the talents from the insurance amount of insurance talent quantity of actual demand appeared a sizable gap. Management gurus drucker once said:"the enterprise only a real resources-people management is fully the development of human resources to do good work." In our country insurance industry, talent competition will be long and even cruel process, also will be the fundamental insurance competition, it will directly related to the survival and development of the company. We must make a careful and practical talents strategy to cope with.As a foreign insurance into caused by shortage of medium-and high-calibre talent competition, formed by the "bottleneck" will become more and more obvious, and surface of the effective internal training system become China's insurance companies faced the most urgent problems, and training as the human capital investment, its success depends heavily on training demand analysis. Because the training demand analysis is the training management activity first link, which determines whether the right training aim, thus affect whether design and provides targeted training courses on the effectiveness of the training, and therefore plays a very important role, and determine the specific duties for feature is the new trend of training needs assessment.
