Human resources become to more important in the process of enterprise competitiveadvantage construction, how to effectively use and development of employee competencebecome to be a problem which the managers must to think about. In addition, with the visionof research development, the focus of research transforms from how to realize talent-postmatching from simply extended to how to integrate the staff ability and enterprisedevelopment strategy, organizational core competence requires not only determines theknowledge and skills that the employees should have, but also determines the center of humanresource management training in company.This paper chooses the store manager of AB Company as the research object, strived todesign the human resource training model based on competency development and ABcompany strategy, enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources trainingbranch managers. The paper includes five parts, firstly pointed out the significance and theresearch goal, carried on the analysis to the domestic and foreign of competency and humanresource management based on competency theory, laid out the research ideas and methods inthis thesis; introduced the content of competency, competency modeling and human resourcestraining based on competency, constructed the human resource training model based oncompetency; analyzed the organizational structure and human resources development of ABcompany’, pointed out the problems in the process of training; on this basis, the authordiscussed competency model construction of branch managers in AB company, including theanalysis of the specific business organizational objectives, resources and branch managersspecific business, extracting the core competence, management competence and professionalcompetence capacity; at last, the author cleared the competency training objectives of ABcompany store manager, talked about the process of training needs analysis, planimplementation and training evaluation, pointed out the manager should do the trainingsystem construction and site management maintenance.This article carried out the combination of staff competency and training from theory andempirical aspects. The research results of this article can provided the theory instruction forAB Company’s store manager training; on the other hand can provided the information andreference for the other enterprise carrying out human resources training.
