Study On The Coupling Coordination Mechanism Of Rural Production-Living-Production Functions Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

At present,China’s rural development is in the stage of effective linkage between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy is crucial to China’s development.Based on the theory of production-ecological function,this paper establishes the evaluation system of rural production-ecological function and evaluates the coupling coordination degree of rural production-ecological function in Qidong City,Jiangsu Province.The results show that the comprehensive level of rural production function,living function and ecological function in Qidong city is on the rise,and the level of rural coupling coordination is steadily improving,and it will be at the level of high-quality coordination by 2020.Using the case analysis method,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the implementation status of qidong’s rural revitalization strategy,and finds the internal logic of the coupling coordination mechanism of rural production-living-production functions.In terms of production functions,100 enterprises and 100 villages are linked to improve the industrial structure;In terms of living functions: tree typical examples,create a rich life;In terms of ecological functions: grid management to promote ecological governance.At the same time,it is found that there are some problems in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,such as serious idle leisure agriculture and rural tourism resources,insufficient endogenous power of village collective,low level of sewage treatment,hollowing of rural population and aging population structure.In the process of implementing the future rural revitalization strategy,party building should be strengthened to guide the life function,and grass-roots autonomy should be enhanced.Village collective organizations should take the initiative to increase income through multiple channels.In terms of ecological function,we should accelerate the formulation of village planning and improve infrastructure construction to achieve ecological livable.In terms of production function,we should pay attention to the exploration of rural characteristic resources,keep up with the technological change of The Times,and speed up the pace of integration of rural three industries.
