Implementation Obstacles And Strategies Of Prefabricated Buildings From The Rerspective Of Industrial China

With the increasing awareness of the improvement of national urban environment and the construction of ecological civilization,the waste of resources and energy,environmental pollution,quality problems and security risks caused by the extensive construction of traditional construction industry have become prominent problems.Secondly,the shortage of labor supply,the aging of the population and the fading of demographic dividend make it difficult for traditional construction methods to maintain low-cost advantages.Assembled construction has obvious advantages in energy saving and emission reduction,quality control,prolonging construction life and improving labor productivity,which has become a new construction method widely used in construction industry.The state has issued a series of policy measures to promote the development of prefabricated buildings,and provincial and municipal governments have issued a large number of preferential policies in response to the national call.From the perspective of the development status of prefabricated buildings in China,there are many enterprises with a wait-and-see attitude towards prefabricated buildings,and few enterprises with practical actions,which are still in the stage of policy promotion.In order to further expand the market scale of prefabricated buildings,the key is to stimulate the endogenous power of the market,find the obstacles affecting the implementation of prefabricated buildings,and improve the enthusiasm of all parties in the prefabricated building industry chain.Based on this,this paper studies the obstacles to the implementation of prefabricated buildings from the perspective of industrial chain,and puts forward targeted suggestions to promote the development of prefabricated buildings.The main research contents are as follows :(1)Clear assembly building industry chain link,identify stakeholders in the industry chain,clear the main stakeholders that affect the implementation of assembly building from the perspective of industry chain.A total of five main stakeholders are selected,namely construction unit,design unit,prefabricated component supply unit,construction unit and consumers.(2)The restrictive factors in the development of prefabricated buildings in my country are analyzed.On this basis,the content analysis method is used to identify the difficulties for the main stakeholders to participate in the implementation of prefabricated buildings.Finally,a questionnaire survey and expert interviews are combined to construct a system of obstacles to the implementation of prefabricated buildings from the perspective of the industrial chain.(3)The AHP-DEMATEL importance analysis model is used to analyze the importance evaluation results of obstacle factors for the implementation of prefabricated buildings from the perspectives of main stakeholders and government departments.The important obstacle factors affecting the implementation of prefabricated buildings recognized by both parties are found,and then the industrial chain links and main stakeholders involved in the factors are summarized.Finally,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the analysis results.
