The Supplier Selection Of Prefabricated Housing Components Based On DEMATEL Method

With the development of Housing industrialization and industrialized building,the application of prefabricated housing components is gradually replacing the traditional construction supply chain.However,facts have proved that technological innovation leads to new conflicts and problems.How to select supplier scientifically and effectively is urgently need to be addressed with an increasing number of the suppliers of prefabricated housing components nationally.Firstly,the contradictory problem that the Supplier Selection of Prefabricated Housing Components is proposed based on the development trend of housing industrialization.This paper takes the suppliers of prefabricated housing components as the research object and the entire construction process as the life cycle and combined with the characteristics of prefabricated housing components.And then this paper designed an evaluation index system and evaluation method from different angles which includes technology,economy,design and transportation.The evaluation index system contains 7 first grade indexes 25 second grade indexes which is used to evaluate the performance for suppliers of prefabricated housing components.Secondly,the evaluation method combined with DEMATEL and BP neural networks is used to evaluate the relationship of indexes according to the evaluation index system.And then the weight of index is divided by the result of causal relationship analysis which ensures the final evaluation results objectivity and accuracy.Meanwhile,the standard DEMATEL method is compared with DEMATEL-BP method in different angles based that makes the relevant conclusions..On the other hand,the causal relationship of second grade index from the evaluation system is analyzed from the entire system and subsystem.And this paper demonstrates the position and variation of each index because of the different range,which indicates the implication of the final weight of index.Finally,according to the empirical research,the DEMATEL-BP method is used to evaluate the suppliers of prefabricated housing components and sort the performance of suppliers in Sichuan province.And then based on the causal relationship analysis,this paper proposed the valuable decision making and suggestions for the selection and evaluation on the suppliers of prefabricated housing components from the perspective of stakeholders.
