Research On The Development Strategy Of The Assembly Building In Shenyang

This paper studies the problem of the assembly building, which is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly expounds the background, significance, technical route and literature review of the development of the assembly building. Second chapter domestic and foreign research present situation,elaborated the foreign assembly type construction development, the introduction of policy documents, the formation of the industrial structure system, its development path is worth our country and Shenyang City, and then introduces our country assembly building development process and related policies and regulations, our country assembly building has just started, there are many problems to be solved. The third chapter focuses on the development status and background of the assembly building in Shenyang, and then analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of’ assembly building, and then analyzes the advantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of Shenyang city. The fourth chapter is about the construction of Shenyang City, the construction of the model construction, the use of AHP analysis to draw the weight of each factor and summarized, the four main control factors are policy specification, technical system,cost control factors and production factors. In the fifth chapter, based on the analysis of the above four factors, the countermeasures are put forward, and the product Bhouse is used as a case study. The prefabricated construction has just started,although showing a good momentum, but there are still many problems waiting to be solved, future development to go.
