Enterprise diversification refers to the business strategy of producing or providing two or more(two kinds of)products or services with different basic economic uses at the same time.The implementation of diversification strategy can achieve scope economies,achieve financial synergy,reduce single business risk and generate new profit growth points.Meanwhile,diversification also has the problem of decentralizing enterprise attention,increasing management difficulty and increasing the overall risk of enterprises.Therefore,enterprises should carefully consider whether should diversify in the implementation of diversification strategy,in the implementation process should choose the right type of diversification strategy and direction,should always evaluate the implementation effect in the implementation,review existing problems in the implementation process and find solutions.In this paper,the transition from the textile industry as the single textile clothing and IT software of double main industry pattern of Changshan textile as an example,from the double main non related diversification development and evolution process,in-depth analysis of causes and necessity of the implementation of the strategy,analysis of its strategic transformation of positive impact on corporate financial performance,pay attention to the two non principal may encounter related diversification in the process of implementation of risk points,such as the risk of economic fluctuations,market and technology risk,new product development imbalance double main industry risk,and puts forward prevention recommendations,to help enterprises make clear strategic layout,cultivate corecompetitiveness,balanced development of dual core business.At the same time,we hope to provide some reference for the non-related diversification of China's textile and garment enterprises through this study.
