Construction industry occupies an important position in the national economy in our country, the development of construction industry is related to national economy and people's livelihood, and the process of urbanization cannot be without the development of the construction industry. In recent years, the global, national and personal demands of ecological environment protection and resource saving is becoming more and more intense, in the face of such a complex environment, the transformation and upgrading of traditional construction industry is imminent, because of the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, low construction cost and high efficiency, prefabricated construction has been developed rapidly. As countries have issued many important laws, regulations and policies about supporting the development of prefabricated construction, and to carry out the various mechanisms and measures, prefabricated construction industry development towards a new stage.This article gives the innovation of prefabricated construction enterprise supply chain, it is the consruction network that took the contractor as the core, made by the contractors, suppliers, manufacturing and construction subcontractor and owners around the project and consisted of three key construction process including design, manufacture and assembly. Prefabricated construction enterprise supply chain is more complicated than traditional construction enterprise supply chain, not only has a long construction cycle, large investment and other characteristics, the group of suppliers and subcontractors is bigger and process is more complicated. Therefore the uncertainty of prefabricated construction enterprise supply chain more, the resulting risk is also more. This research is based on this background, the main research content is as follows:Firstly, analyzing the difference between prefabricated construction enterprise supply chain and the traditional consturction supply chain, manufacturing supply chain, and giving the connotation of prefabricated construction enterprise supply chain and its management, on this basis, prefabricated construction enterprise supply chain operation reference-model is established based on SCOR, and using SCOR model process category definition to define PCSCOR process definition, and identify prefabricated construction enterprise supply chain risk.Then, to establish the risk assessment index system based on the identified risk. In the supply chain risk assessment, the Vague set and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process are introduced to improve the accuracy of the evaluation, and carries on the example analysis to the method.Finally, from the perspective of prefabricated construction enterprise, Finally designed the development process of prefabricated construction enterprise supply chain risk management measures, and put forward the concrete measures of risk management based on the identified risk. In view of risk assessment results of the above example, gives the corresponding risk management advice.
