As the overall competition situation of e-commerce logistics industry intensifies,enterprises have deeply realized the importance of talents for enterprise development,successively begin to develop the management trainee training plan,gradually establish its own core talent echelon,in order to cultivate a steady stream of fresh blood.However,by analyzing the training status of management trainees in various enterprises,due to different enterprise strength,resources poured into,standard degree of management system and the development of their projects,in the whole process of management trainee training,Novitiate period and growth period personnel drain phenomenon is more serious,Very few people survive and make it to the top of their companies.Especially in recent years,with the influx of the post-90 s generation,the phenomenon of brain drain is more prominent in the face of the special working environment and working hours of the e-commerce logistics industry.So,how to effectively reduce the rate of talent loss and improve the rate of talent achievement are the key issues that enterprises need to consider in promoting management trainee training programs.Company S started the first phase of management trainee project in 2002 and has implemented the 18 th phase so far.In recent years,with the rapid development of e-commerce logistics industry and the continuous expansion of Company S’s business scale,The number of management trainees recruited each year is also expanding.With the introduction of a large number of personnel,in the training process of management trainees in recent years,there has been a high staff turnover rate,which has brought great impact on the company’s talent reserve.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of talent drain of management trainees in Company S,analyzes the underlying causes,surveys current and former management trainees through questionnaires,fully explores the needs of management trainees,finds out the key influencing factors of employee turnover intention to optimize the current management trainee training program.This paper gives specific improvement measures from the rotation of teaching,training tracking,promotion and development,compensation and welfare,performance incentive and other dimensions,solves the problem of brain drain in the process of management trainee training of Company S,and helps management trainees to grow rapidly and become talents,and provides a steady stream of talents "reservoir" for the sustainable development of Company S. |
