With economic globalization, and the key factor of knowledge in the market competition. Talent development has take an increasingly prominent role in promoting the development of enterprises. The competition between companies is the competition of human capital. So the company should attract the talents, detain the talents, train the talents, and improve and perfect human resources management system, then the company can be sustainable development.At present, people cannot resist the temptation of external world, which is full of opportunities and challenges. They are not sticking to work in only one company for life. So there is the phenomenon of the brain drain. The brain drain is much more beyond the visible cost like hiring, training and compensation. It also has a negative impact to working enthusiasm.Therefore, the phenomenon will reduce competiveness. But the company attributes the phenomenon to external opportunities, ignoring drilling down to dig out the reasons from within.Therefore, we use Company H for the case study in this paper. The paper provides us with a brief introduction to the Company H and tells us the industry which the company is in. Then, the paper cites three cases, that is the H’s veterans "betrayal" event, intermediate managers infighting events and new recruits Students resignation. Through the cases, this paper catches the sight of the reason why the plenty of employees choose to quit the job. The short of pay system, performance appraisal system, corporate culture and employee career management are the main reason for the brain drain. And based on these reasons, this paper propounds countermeasures and suggestions for Company H to solve the problem. Through these specific countermeasures and suggestions, this paper expects to make a further improve of the staff of the enterprise loyalty and sense of identity, vigorously promotes enterprise culture, and ensures a stable workforce. Thereby, the company has an effectively control of wastage rate, and promotes a long-term, stable development.
