| China wants to make a powerful country in manufacturing by 2025.Manufacturing is the lifeblood of the economy.Since the reform and opening up,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important force in the economic and social development nationwide.Meanwhile,despite its significant contribution to the local finance and the local employment by huge numbers of small and medium-sized enterprises across the whole country,there still exist some problems in their development: such as outdated concepts of human resource management,insufficient attention to human resources,lack of long-term effective incentive,less attention being paid to the talent training among the employees and other headaches.In a nutshell,there are still certain defects in the enterprise management compared with the counterparts in Japan and Germany.The employee incentive of the enterprise is optimized on the basis of practice and theory in this thesis,which focuses on the research object,the local HD manufacturing industry where it exists a large turnover of personnel,recruitment dilemma and so forth.In this thesis,it offers the research direction about HD manufacturing employee incentive by sorting out the theory and research status of incentive at home and abroad and drawing on the thought of ancient personnel in China.By means of bibliography review,field visits and interviews with employees,the employee satisfaction questionnaire is also given out to its employees by the employers.The questionnaire is based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,containing 20 factors which influence the effectiveness of incentive.Following the analysis of the the reliability and validity on the questionnaires collected,it sums up the problems existing in the incentive about HD manufacturing,the outcome of the descriptive analysis.Under the guidance of incentive principles,these ways such as the wage structure,benefits,recruitment,training,etc.are optimized.It is expected to provide some reference for reducing the phenomenon "labor shortage" and ameliorating the enterprise management as a whole.It is also hoped that it can work somehow as the reference for the development of the like small and medium-sized enterprises and some inspiration for improving the level of enterprise personnel management. |
