| With the high pace of economic restructuring in China,the structure of the hardware manufacturing industry has undergone a transformation from extensive to intensive,which is mainly reflected in the focus on funding,talent and technology for enterprise development.A systematic and multi-level hardware manufacturing and sales system has begun to take shape.For hardware manufacturing companies,attracting,cultivating and motivating outstanding employees is the key factor to improve the company’s R&D level,reduce production costs and maintain competitiveness in the context of domestic economic restructuring.Among them,employee incentive mechanism is one of the important factors to attract and retain excellent employees.As an important indicator of employee incentive mechanism,satisfaction can reflect employees’ attitudes and emotions towards the company and work.Therefore,this article studies on the optimization of employee incentive mechanisms based on employee satisfaction.This article takes F Company as a specific research object and analyzes the situation of its incentive mechanism,combined it with employee satisfaction theory to point out the problems in the implementation of incentive mechanism in F Company,which are manifested in five aspects: unclear incentive goals,emphasis on production efficiency while neglecting employee experience,lack of personalized incentives,insufficient use of material incentives,and lack of long-term effectiveness of incentive measures.These problems directly lead to strong subjectivity and arbitrariness in the incentive mechanism,and the incentive methods become mere formality,which directly affects employee satisfaction and brings certain hidden dangers to the long-term stable and healthy development of the company.Therefore,how to motivate employees scientifically and effectively,improving employee satisfaction,optimizing the company’s employee incentive mechanism has become an urgent problem that F Company needs to solve.Based on relevant theories,the article takes F Company as a specific example,optimizing and designing the employee incentive mechanism of F Company from four aspects: salary system,performance management,career management,and improving the awareness of all employees.Thus to help F Company’s management to comprehensively and objectively recognize the problems in its employee incentive mechanism,thereby assisting the company in carrying out employee incentive work and improving employee incentive effectiveness better.At the same time,the problems existed in the incentive mechanism of Company F are representative.The research tack in this article also has certain reference significance for companies in the hardware manufacturing industry which have the same problems.It can help them to improve employee job satisfaction and optimize the employee incentive mechanism effectively. |
