Since the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that "efforts should be made to make the people’s happiness more substantial and more secure",the concept of happiness has become more and more important in the field of national economic life.Since the beginning of 2020,COVID-19 has been a regular occurrence in people’s work and life.Under the epidemic,corporate employees are facing more negative emotions such as pressure,tension and anxiety,and their normal work activities are affected from time to time,which not only negatively affects their work performance,but also further affects their happiness at work.This study first interview staff of four companies,through interviews,found that although humor as a kind of management behavior compared with other management focus more on two-way communication with employees,helping employees to release pressure,create a relaxed working environment,but for the well-being of employees have significant positive influence to be in-depth study.On this basis,puts forward the research question through the analysis of the interviews,this article was to explore the leadership humor work directly affect the well-being of conduction path,introduced the positive emotion variables,in order to examine the relationship between the leadership work humor and happiness have a mediation effect,at the same time the individual traditional one qualities built into the theoretical model,This paper investigates whether individual traditionality has a moderating effect in this influencing mechanism and finally constructs a moderated mediation model.Secondly,this study collected 307 valid data by questionnaire survey,and further analyzed relevant data by SPSS 26.0 and AMOS24.0.After verifying the research hypothesis,the main conclusions are as follows :(1)leadership humor has a significant positive impact on job happiness;(2)Humor of leaders has a significant positive effect on positive emotions;(3)Positive emotions partially mediated the relationship between leadership humor and job well-being;(4)Individual tradition weakened the positive correlation between leader humor and positive emotions;(5)Individual traditionality weakened the mediating role of positive emotions in the relationship between leadership humor and job well-being.To some extent,the results of this study enrich the influence mechanism of leadership humor on employees’ happiness at work,and provide a new idea and direction for enterprise leaders to formulate management strategies.
