The rapid and sustainable development of enterprises can not be separated from the enthusiasm of employees.Positive emotions can make employees work more efficiently and achieve better performance.Especially in the era of Internet plus,the working environment full of fun is becoming an essential factor for competitive enterprises.Joy in the workplace is driven by team leadership.In the workplace,leaders show appropriate humor can not only alleviate embarrassment and tension,but also enhance the feelings between leaders and subordinates.As a kind of leadership behavior with jokes as its main form,current studies generally believe that leader's humorous behavior can trigger employees' positive emotions,and then affect employees' work behavior.However,the internal mechanism from leader's humorous behavior to employee's positive emotions is rarely revealed.Based on the perception theory,this paper introduces employee perceived leadership humor,divides the formation of leadership humor behavior into two stages: sensation and perception,and explores the moderating role of team humor atmosphere and subordinate humor sense in two stages respectively.Based on the data of 62 leaders and 460 employees in 62 teams,the following conclusions are drawn: First,leader's humorous behavior has a significant positive impact on subordinates' positive emotions;Second,leader's perceived humor plays a part of mediating role between leader's humorous behavior and subordinates' positive emotions;Third,team's humorous atmosphere plays a part in leader's humorous behavior and subordinate's sense of subordination.Knowledge plays a negative moderating role between leadership humor;Fourth,subordinate sense of humor plays a negative moderating role between perceived leadership humor and subordinate's positive emotions.According to the above findings,the following enlightenments can be obtained: subordinates' positive emotions can be aroused and continuously promoted by leadership behavior,in which the leader's humorous behavior is irreplaceable;subordinates' perceived leadership humor plays a important role in the process,helping leaders to implement humorous behavior to stimulate subordinates' positive emotions;There are significant interaction effects between employees' sense of humor and employees' perception leader humour.Based on this,this paper puts forward the influence mechanism model of subordinates' positive emotions from the perspective of social cognition,and puts forward some management suggestions.
