All things within the Internet under the age of volume,the work pace is accelerated,and the phenomenon of anxiety,depression and even suicide caused by work intensity and pressure is too numerous to enumerate,which makes the management work very cautious.Under the condition that the work load cannot be weakened,the role of the work atmosphere becomes more prominent.As a pleasant way of interaction and communication,leader affiliative humor can create a relaxed and cheerful working atmosphere,effectively shorten interpersonal distance and relieve work pressure.Therefore,many scholars have focused on the positive role of leader affiliative humor.Leader affiliative humor as independent variables,On the basis of affective event theory,positive emotions as a mediating variable;On the basis of social information processing theory,perceived insider status as mediating variable.At the same time,power distance was used as a moderator to construct a moderated mediating model to explore the inhibiting effect of leader affiliative humor on employees’ work withdrawal behaviors.This article uses the empirical data,questionnaire survey method to collect 216 using SPSS25.0 and MPLUS8.0 in hypothesis testing.The results show that:(1)Leader affiliative humor weaken employee work withdrawal behavior;(2)Positive emotions partially mediated the affinity leader humor and work withdrawal behavior;(3)The role of insider identity cognition in mediating leader affiliative humor and work withdrawal behavior;(4)Power distance positively moderated the relationship between leader affiliative humor and work withdrawal behavior;(5)Power distance leader affiliative humor plays a role of negative regulation between humor and positive emotions;(6)Power distance negatively moderated the relationship between leader affiliative humor and perceived insider status;(7)Power distance adjust the mediating role of positive emotions,by regulating the intermediary effect;(8)Power distance regulating perceived insider status mediation role,by regulating the intermediary effect.At the emotional level,this study supplemented the outcome variables of leader affiliative humor,and verified the effective ways to reduce employees’ withdrawal behavior from the perspective of cognition,and constructs the transmission mechanism of the system.At the same time,the leader can work through the use of leader affiliative humor to relieve anxiety,work pressure and melt embarrassing scene,and in theory to reduce the negative behavior of employees in the workplace to provide direction;On the other hand also prompted the leadership need according to the different values of employees to choose the right leadership behavior and the management strategy,in order to strengthen leadership and staff good interpersonal relationship,make management utility maximization,lay solid foundation for the organization performance.
