Empirical Research On The Impact Of Positive Emotions On Work Prosperity

In modern society,with the rapid development of economy,more and more intense competitive environment,if companies want to quickly acquire or enhance their competitive strength,it must improve their professional level of performance,and the performance of enterprises are created by employees,so the work efficiency and how to effectively improve the performance of employees has become an important issue.In the enterprise management,the human resource is an important support to the core competitiveness of enterprises,human resources management is the priority among priorities,enterprise management,therefore,how to improve the staffs enthusiasm,promote the work to enhance the performance and improve the degree of prosperity,is the level of managers' attention.According to the survey,many companies,managers,or executives say that the level of job prosperity is an important factor for companies to remain competitive.In view of this,how to enhance the rapid and stable individual work and prosperity,is an important problem,and then improve the performance of the company's entrepreneurs are thinking every day and to take relevant measures to solve,this paper is to study the problem.In addition,due to the positive organizational behavior has been rapid development,different from the traditional organizational behavior theory,this research will focus on the individual's positive emotion,behavior and mental ability,emphasizing the individual positive qualities,the company or enterprise employees in a body of positive emotion,and behavior as the research object.Based on this,this paper takes the form of questionnaire investigation was carried out by staff,the collation and analysis of survey data,further analysis of positive emotion individual intermediary family work on the basis of gain prosperity based on the work,and get some interesting hypotheses,and thenaccording to the empirical analysis to verify the hypothesis,the conclusion of the study further put forward the corresponding measures.In this paper,through literature review and theoretical form,the definition of positive emotion model research,and research contents of family work gain were reviewed,and then based on the research work of prosperity,further analysis factors of prosperity and influence.Based on the theory,the paper get some intersting hypothesis,and have the theoretical model of the thesis.Then,using the form of questionnaire,collecting relevant data,and the original data of the questionnaire done correspondingquantitative treatment,processed and analyzed the data using the SPSS software,get the corresponding correlation and regression line analysis conclusion,then the corresponding research conclusion,put forward specific measures from the enterprise recruitment,cultural construction the staff and management.The innovation of this paper is,first,although some scholars have made preliminary theoretical exploration on the relationship between work and family work gain prosperity,but currently there is no research conducted an empirical test on the specific role of the relationship between the two.Therefore,this paper makes the empirical analysis on the two,and the family work to promote the work to achieve gain prosperity,and explore the individual positive emotions,family work plays a mediating role between employees gain positive emotion and prosperity.Second,it clarifies the factors that influence the prosperity of the job.This paper discusses the influences of individual positive emotions,family work and work to gain prosperity specific mechanism,to clarify the factors affecting the work of prosperity,this contribution,not only factors study further provides a new idea for the prosperity of work influence,but also for promoting the relationship between family work and gain positive emotion,and prosperity the further research direction.
