| Laundry machinery industry plays an important role in the process of creating modern lifestyle,is related to people’s lifestyle and quality of life.After 70 years of development,especially in the past 40 years,laundry machinery industry has shown strong vitality,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and because of the impact of the epidemic domestic and international,the development situation is more serious,every laundry equipment plant is facing very difficult challenges.As a leader in the laundry industry,JS company must step up reform in accordance with The Times,strengthen the optimization management of human resources,and improve themselves to better meet the challenges.Based on the JS company as the research object-improve the employee job satisfaction,through reading relevant literature theories domestic and international,this thesis conducts a questionnaire survey on the current situation of employee satisfaction of JS Company,conducted on their department,whether they are management jobs,gender,age stage,education level and other aspects,and differentiation analysis is completed.The survey results show that JS company has low employee satisfaction in salary and welfare,employee training,employee promotion,dining quality and other aspects.Combined with JS company future development strategic planning,the reference related theories,this thesis from adjusting the employee pay structure,establish an effective mechanism of staff training,widen the channel of the promotion,to further improve staff dining environment,etc.,puts forward the measures to improve JS company staff job satisfaction,in order to achieve improvement of JS company employee satisfaction,inspire staff potential,motivate employees’ work enthusiasm,improve employees’ personal ability,and ultimately promote the progress of JS company’s overall work and competitiveness. |
