Electric power is the foundation of the national economy. It is an importantguarantee for the national economic rapid development. With the rapiddevelopment of modern information technology, information technology hasbecome the core technology of modern electric power enterprises. It is animportant tool to improve the production efficiency and management level ofelectric power enterprises. Informatization is the inevitable choice of electricpower enterprises. Electric power informatization enterprises are the emergingenterprises which provide information services to these items of electricity:production, transmission, distribution and sales. It provides professionalinformation service for power enterprise production, operation, management anddecision-making. It is the organizations core to promote the informationization ofelectric power enterprise.Based on this background, the paper researches on the employeecompensation satisfaction of Beijing electric power informatization enterprises.Firstly, it analyses Beijing electric power informatization enterprises employeejob characteristics and compensation management status. First of all, the meaningof electric power informatization enterprises and present situation are clear-cut.Then based on the analytic hierarchy process, it refines from the enterpriseemployee job characteristics which are summarized. And through extensiveresearch, the compensation management status of Beijing electric powerinformatization enterprises is summarized. It also makes the analysis andexploration for the existing problems.Next, according to evaluation index construction principle, With the scope ofBeijing electric power informatization enterprises, on the basis of the initial selection of the relevant indicators that may affect the employee compensationsatisfaction, this paper uses the grey relational analysis to filter the primaryindicators. Then the evaluation index system is formed.Finally, according to the index system, the fuzzy synthetic evaluation modelof employee compensation satisfaction is built. And the BL company is chosenfor the empirical study to prove the maneuverability of model. The model has aimportant practical value on the assessments of employee satisfaction. It isverified that the model for employee salary satisfaction assessment has importantpractical value. Accurate and scientific evaluation results will provide theguarantee for improving the morale in the electric power informatizationenterprises and the human resources assistance for promoting the rapiddevelopment of electric power informatization enterprises.
