Study On The Development Of Collective Stock Economic Cooperatives In Pastoral Areas

The collective share economic cooperative in pastoral areas is a new development model of collective economy which stimulates the vitality of collective economy and strengthens the strength of collective economy in pastoral areas.The in-depth study on the operation and development of collective stock economic cooperatives in pastoral areas is not only of theoretical value to enrich the theory of national economics,but also of practical significance to promote the rural revitalization,modernization and prosperity in pastoral areas.There are a lot of researches on collective share economic cooperatives in the academic circle,but the research areas are concentrated in the eastern developed region and the central region,and lack of attention to the development of collective share economic cooperatives in pastoral areas.Therefore,this study takes Bayanhanggai Village,a demonstration village of rural revitalization in Sunite Left Banner,Xilingol League,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example to conduct in-depth research on the development of collective stock economic cooperatives in pastoral areas.This study used to cover Village field investigation,interviews,observations obtained firsthand material,on the basis of introducing the basic situation Village,Carding the steps of bayanhanggai Village collective stock economic cooperative establishment,and from economic base,the scale of operation,management,operation characteristics and management benefit aspect carried on the thorough analysis about the present situation of its operation.It affirms that bayanhanggai Village collective stock economic cooperative can increase the economic benefits of collective economic accumulation and the income of herdsmen;Protect the grassland ecological environment,promote the construction of ecological civilization,and promote the ecological benefits of the improvement of living environment in pastoral areas;We should build a civilization of local customs,strengthen social cohesion and centripetal force,improve social governance capacity,and ensure the social benefits of the Sense of community of the Chinese nation.At the same time,it reveals the problems that are not conducive to the sustainable development of collective stock economic cooperatives in pastoral areas,such as imperfect management system,imperfect stock rights allocation,shortage of talents and insufficient operation ability.Based on the actual situation,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the management system,optimize the allocation of equity,make up the shortage of talents,strengthen the collective economy,so as to ensure the sustainable and stable development of collective stock economic cooperatives in pastoral areas.
