Research On The Development Of Rural Collective Economy In Mudanjiang City

China is a large agricultural country,and villages are the most basic administrative unit.The village-level collective economy is an important foundation for the development of China's agricultural economy.The village committee is a grassroots organization that serves farmers.It has many tasks such as publicizing national laws and regulations,supporting rural cooperative economic organizations to conduct economic activities according to law,and building a new socialist countryside.It serves as a link between the party and grassroots farmers.Play an important role in participating in rural construction and agricultural economic development.Since the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has issued a series of policy deployments.The overall content revolves around winning the tough fight against poverty in rural areas and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.Mudanjiang City,Heilongjiang Province is a large agricultural city.In recent years,Mudanjiang's village-level collective economic development has achieved certain results,but overall,Mudanjiang's village-level collective economic strength is still relatively weak.In order to help the revitalization of the village,the paper takes Mudanjiang village-level collective economy as the research object,based on field survey data,expounds the development status of Mudanjiang village-level collective economy,analyzes the problems and causes in the development of village-level collective economy.In the light of the actual situation of Mudanjiang,we put forward suggestions on strengthening village-level collective economy in a targeted manner.First,the current situation of village-level collective economic development and management in Mudanjiang City is described.At present,the collective economic assets of Mudanjiang Village are generally on the rise,but the total amount of collective assets of each village varies greatly,and the holding of monetary funds in the village-level collective economic organizations is relatively high.On the whole,most village-level collective economies in Mudanjiang have weak foundations and uneven development.The heavy debt burden has seriously affected the sustainable development of the village collective economy.Second,it analyzes the main problems in the development of village-level collective economy in Mudanjiang City.Problems such as a weak economic foundation,irrational income structure,low operating efficiency,weakened management of the "three capitals",uneven development,and a weak role in driving farmers to increase income need to be improved.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of village-level collective economy in Mudanjiang City.Based on the actual development of the village collective economy in Mudanjiang City,in view of the main problems,we can adopt the strengthening of the village-level "two committees" team construction,vigorously implement the preferential policies to support the development and growth of the village collective economy,and actively explore the effective Ways,strengthen rural "three capital" supervision and other policy measures to promote the development of village-level collective economy in Mudanjiang City.
