Study On The Collective Economic Development Experience Of Maying Village

In 2022,the No.1 central document of the Central Committee clearly pointed out that insisting on consolidating and improving the effectiveness of the reform of the rural collective property right system,establishing and improving the rural collective asset supervision service system,and exploring new ways for the development of the rural collective economy are of constructive significance for protecting the fundamental interests of the farmers and developing and strengthening the rural collective economy.On the basis of classifying and discriminating the concepts of village collective,villagers’ Management Committee and rural collective economic cooperation organization,this paper combines the western economic theories such as Marx’s agricultural cooperation theory,modern property rights,principal-agent and institutional change with the specific practice of Maying’s collective economy,and selects Maying Village in Hefei City,Anhui Province as the research object from the perspective of dissecting sparrows to study the experience and problems of Maying’s collective economic development.By means of field investigation and interview research,this paper conducts a case study on Maying village,grasps the attitude and cognition of local villagers towards the development of collective economy,and systematically analyzes the whole process of how Maying village makes use of policy dividends and reform achievements to transform from a village with weak collective economy to a village with strong collective economy.This paper analyzes the research topics of domestic and foreign scholars on the village collective economy through the analysis of the development and growth process of the collective economy in Maying village,Changfeng County,with the purpose of investigating the development experience of the village collective economy and the research methods of field investigation and interview investigation as the means,so as to draw a conclusion that the development practice of the village collective economy can provide theoretical support and experience reference for the development of the village collective economy in other similar rural areas.The conclusion shows that clear property right structure,effective internal control mechanism and perfect external guarantee mechanism are conducive to the realization of high-quality development of collective economy.Maying’s experience in realizing the rapid development of collective economy shows that public welfare projects are the necessary prerequisite for starting the road of collective economic development in Ma Ying Village;Establishing and perfecting the interest coordination mechanism is the inevitable choice to promote the development of collective economy;Creating the form of collective economy is the only way for Maying’s collective economy to develop and expand.Maying village guides professionals who "understand one thing and love two things" to invest and start business in Maying through public interest projects.Maying village effectively distinguishes collective shares from individual shares through the property right system,Maying’s form of realization of collective economy has initially realized a good situation of joint investment and development of collective shares and individual shares.Foreign makers composed of various social groups have created rich forms of realization of collective economy.Public welfare projects,collective economy,and the actual practices of Maying village have also provided rich model experience for the practice of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
