In March 2021,State Grid Corporation Limited issued the "State Grid Corporation" Carbon Peak,Carbon Neutral "Action Plan".Accelerating the transformation of energy and power with clean and efficient energy as the main body is the basis for realizing the national dual-carbon goal.The distribution network,as the key hub connecting energy production and consumption,is the basic platform for serving the energy and power transformation.At the same time,with the development of Energy Internet,multiple flexible controllable loads such as distributed power and electric vehicles have emerged on a large scale,and the Active Distribution Network with independent control and operation capability has become the mainstream of distribution network development.The active distribution network within the user side and power supply side initiative,interactive,how to fully explore the flexible load resource regulation potential,improve the active distribution network "source-charge-net-storage" independent coordination ability,meet the multi-source load coordinated optimization scheduling,on the basis of avoid power grid equipment advanced investment and waste of energy resources,become the current power enterprise research focus.The paper to energy under the Internet active distribution network planning as the research background,to active distribution network internal distributed power,electric vehicles,energy storage equipment and micro grid flexible adjustable load resources as the research object,from the user demand,puts forward a type of user will active distribution network planning,with the help of independent demand management mechanism will load control in network for limit,reduce the final grid line expansion cost.The paper first analyzes the sensitive differences in demand response of conventional users,ev charging load and microgrid under the background of energy Internet,and constructs a multi-type user demand management model to realize accurate load prediction.Secondly,with the maximum user satisfaction and the minimum cost of power supply enterprise,the demand management mechanism controls the user load to optimize the scheduling of load,and the existing active distribution network load to reduce the expansion cost and form a new active distribution network planning strategy.Finally,in view of the energy interconnection perspective of active distribution network multiple flexible load and load management strategy difficulty problem,combined with the simulation verification conclusion,with active distribution network load side demand management difference as the gripper,from the load optimization distribution,load intelligent control put forward relevant Suggestions and countermeasures,make multiple types of user demand management active distribution network planning more scientific and reasonable.Compared with the traditional distribution network planning,the paper construction of active distribution network planning optimization model,fully tap the load side adjustable load demand management potential,effectively improve the active distribution network "source-charge-net-storage" independent coordination ability,to avoid a lot of waste of energy resources,reduce the power grid infrastructure construction cost.The relevant suggestions and countermeasures can help power supply enterprises to accurately grasp the adjustable load resources in the power grid,realize the accurate control of multiple loads in the ADN,and provide reference for the safe and efficient operation of the distribution network.
