Reserve ancillary services are important to the safe and stable operation of power system. In the environment that resources are deficient and the demand-side market gradually opens, In addition to the generations, user-side demand response resources have become an important support to the reserve resources of the system. With the development of the market construction, user-side resources have more ways to participate in the market trading, the reserve market absorbed more types of demand response resources into the market transaction, not only large industrial users, but also load aggregators that aggregate demand response resources from small and medium users.The optimal allocation of reserve resources considering both the power generations and user-side resources provide more economic and efficient solutions for the coordination of the economy and reliability of power system operation.At the background that multi demand response resources participate in the reserve market, The paper aims to solve the problem of trading plan in reserve market. Considering the characteristics of the ancillary service from interruptible loads and load aggregators, a probabilistic reserve decision model is established.Based on the summary analysis of practical and theoretical studies of users’ participation in reserve market both domestic and abroad, according to the new mode of the participation of load aggregators,and taking into account the outages of generations and the uncertainty of demand response, this paper established a optimization model of spinning reserve considering multi demand response resources,whose objective function is to minimize reserve cost and the expected energy not supplied cost.Finally, the IEEE 30 bus system is analyzed. The example quantitatively analyzed the influence the probabilistic reserve model gives to the reserve plan. Besides, it also discussed the influences from demand response and the price and response level of the load aggregator, which proves that the model is feasible and effective.The probabilistic reserve optimization model that considering multi demand response resources provides a new idea for the research that reserve market absorbs user-side demand response resources.
